Superb two bedroom two-story spacious 1300 sq. ft. upper duplex in a late nineteenth century townhouse in the heart of “Le Quartier des Spectacles” in downtown Montreal. Newly furnished and fully equipped (cable, high-speed internet, 40” flat screen TV with PVR, air conditioning, laundry room, walk-in closet) this apartment has plenty of character with exposed brick and beams and restored original floor and mouldings on the upper storey with a rooftop deck that leads off the master bedroom.
The main floor also has an office size room with a pullout double futon, the bathroom has a sunken “Roman” cast-iron tub and there is a garage parking space(!). I’m offering an inaugural nightly rate (min. 3 nights) of $185 and a weekly rate of $875. I would also take longer term leases at $2300 a month (hydro included). High season rates (June 1st to Sep 1st): $220/night(min. 3 nights), $1100/week, $2500/month.
