Also provided are 4 tennis racquets and balls for you to enjoy on a lighted tennis court.
Located on the top floor for a perfect lake view (deep water) from all rooms and steps away from the elevator. Use the balcony from the master suite or living room anytime of the day under the ceiling fans as you sip a cold beverage and watch the boats. GREAT SUNSET VIEW!!
Door has a coded lock so you will not have to keep up with a key.
Deluxe king mattress awaits for a great night's sleep. Flat Screen HDTV and DVD in both rooms allows for movie watching where ever you are.

The moment we walked in the door we were amazed at such lovely accommodations. Although our stay at the Villa was too short, my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed celebrating our 40th Anniversary there -- from the well-appointed suite to the beautiful grounds and well equipped exercise and spa room, with both and an indoor and outdoor pool. The view from our private balcony onto the lake was a treat watching the boaters and jet skiers then ending the day with a romantic sunset. Whether on a weekend or a vacation staying at the Villa is like being at your home away from home with a well-stocked kitchen and private laundry facility. There was nothing more we could have asked for. We found our stay was a perfect getaway and we look forward to returning soon. Thank you for sharing such a beautiful place.Recommended for: Girls getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

Great view from this third floor condo with balcony. Nice furniture inside and entertainment system. Improvement areas would be the shower took a long time to get warm water and never really got hot and mattress is either on old or soft side and sags in the middle. Kitchen is very nice. Good location for Austin, lake Travis, wineries, and more.Recommended for: Girls getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

We completely enjoyed our weekend get-away at the Lake Travis Waterfront Villa. The accommodations were exactly as shown in the pictures. The condo is clean, well kept, and comfortable. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the mornings overlooking the lake. The site is somewhat secluded from the city, about 30 - 40 minutes from the Austin area. And, we did journey in to town a few times for shopping and dinner. We were a little disappointed with the lake because it is so low. The drought has really effected the amount of water. The pictures on this site show the lake near the top of the side walls. At this time, the water level is down about 20 feet. Of course, this isn't a reflection on the owner of the villa, but it is sad for everyone who loves the lake. The other challenge was WiFi. If you are going for a relaxing get away from everything, this is not an issue. But, we were not able to connect to the condo network from the villa. This small issue did not keep us from having a great time, enjoying the atmosphere and getting a needed time of rest. Recommended? Absolutely.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

The pictures of the Lake Travis villa do not do it justice. The furniture was not only stylish but very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. We loved the comfort of the patio and the gorgeous views. We enjoyed swimming in the large indoor pool and also used the equipment in the gym while enjoying the lake views. The rates were very reasonable especially for the quality of the villa. The staff was extremely helpful and made sure our stay was a good one. We will stay again.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

What a great place to stay. Everything was so clean and neat and it felt like home staying there. Even though the stay was a short one, the time there was enjoyed . You have a great view from the entire condo. I love the balcony and the furniture made it so inviting, we made sure we were sitting out there when the sun went down. I was so excited when the owner called me to tell me it was available. We needed some R & R and this was a nice get away.Thanks so much and I look forward to coming back in a few months for a longer stay!Recommended for: Girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

Our visit to the Johnson villa was wonderfully relaxing. We celebrated our anniversary there and enjoyed the lovely accommodations...very romantic! The parking was convenient and the location was safe. We took advantage of the pool, whirlpool and the exercise room, and felt it was like a home away from home. The town nearby was easy to explore and had several nice restaurants. People were friendly wherever we went and we look forward to going back some day. Thanks again for a memorable experience!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

Had a mini get away to your condo with my 2 teenage boys. Had a great time. The unit is well equipped with all the comforts of home and very well decorated. We had an very enjoyable weekend at your lovely lil' villa! Thanks so much for the very nice gesture with the candy and champagne...mighty kind of you.
