  Three friends and I spent the week of 9/8/12 at this unit at Sea Colony. We loved it! The house was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We went to the beach, the indoor pool, hot tub and outdoor pool. We walked, rode bikes, went to Zumba and water aerobics classes and played tennis. We went for massages and we were happy to see dolphins in the ocean. We went over to Fenwick Island to watch a beautiful sunset and had a delicious dinner at Nicks Steaks and Ribs (the ribs and crab cakes were great!) We did a little shopping at the outlets and we played miniature golf and went to the boardwalk at Ocean City. Believe it or not, it was a very relaxing vacation for all of us. We hated to leave, but we will be back. I would definitely recommend this property.

  My husband and I and 2 of our good friends stayed at this house and enjoyed the whole week vacation. Immediately we felt like we were in our own home. Everything was there that we needed...from pots and pans. beach chairs, to bicycles for all of us. Our favorite spot was the sun room. We did most of our relaxing together in that room. At first we were hesitant because we picked a house that we couldn't walk to the beach from but with the bicycles and the tram we were minutes away (no inconvenience). We totally enjoy the gym which is seconds away and took classes each day, if the classes were in the pool by the water that was no inconvenience either. We have been to Sea Colony before but enjoyed this home the best. We so hope to return next summer and will hopefully stay longer. We were so happy with the whole experiene!.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, families with young children.

  Our family enjoyed this vacation home very much. Beautiful home, beautifully decorated, and impecable. Very convenient to beach, pools, and gyms. My daughter and I were able to keep up Zumba classes away from home in the gym close by. My grandson loved fishing in the ponds, and asked "can we come back here next year"? It was ideal all around, and we definitely would love to repeat our visit in this home.

  Lots of room, beautiful decor, very nice furniture, comfortable, conveniently located. Owners were extremely pleasant to work with. The owners provided information on shopping and restaurants. We give this townhouse and the owners the highest recommendation and will definitely return.

  This is my families tenth year at Sea Colony, and our first year at this property. This large unit was perfect for my extended family of seven. The owners have a wonderful townhouse and were very pleasant to deal with. I will definately be returning next year.

  We have been staying at Sea Colony for almost 20 years and this townhouse was, by far, the nicest we have stayed at. It was great for a family - lots of room to spread out. The decorations were beautiful. We really enjoyed being so close to the fitness center. The owners were great to work with. We definitely hope to return next year. I would highly recommend this listing.

  This is a beautiful townhouse and comes highly recommended. It is nicely furnished, comfortable and convenient to everything. We stayed here with our two young children and enjoyed a wonderful week away. This was our first time to Bethany and the owners were very helpful in providing additional information on the area. We loved the whole Sea Colony experience and the ease of getting to and from the beach, as well as the use of the many pools. We look forward to returning next year.

  Wonderful vacation townhome in a fantastic beach resort. All we expected and more. The house is super convenient to the fitness center where my children enjoyed playing dodgeball every afternoon with their new friends. The open air tram to the beach stops right in front of the house. My daughter liked it so much we spent the morning one day just riding the tram! The townhome is super comfortable for a family. Great mattresses, screened in porch, bbq and really everything you could need.

  Our Family had such a great time at this townhome. (This end unit is the best)The McGrellis's were so wonderful and gracious we felt like family. Their home is just so spacious and beautifly decorated. The private beach was so wonderful I will never go to public beach again!! The tram picks you up right outside the door and its just a short ride to the beach. It was so relaxing !!!Sea Colony is so well maintained..everything from bathrooms to the beach to the landscaping was immaculate and beautiful.
