Three roomy bedrooms with a futon in the loft area, all with their own tv/vcr combo. Take advantage of all the activities or just relax on the three season porch adjacent to the dining room or cozy up to the gas fireplace in the living room. A beautiful spot for family reunions.   • This is a beautiful townhouse and comes highly recommended. It is nicely furnished, comfortable and convenient to everything. We stayed here with our two young children and enjoyed a wonderful week away. This was our first time to Bethany and the owners were very helpful in providing additional information on the area. We loved the whole Sea Colony experience and the ease of getting to and from the beach, as well as the use of the many pools. We look forward to returning next year.

  • Wonderful vacation townhome in a fantastic beach resort. All we expected and more. The house is super convenient to the fitness center where my children enjoyed playing dodgeball every afternoon with their new friends. The open air tram to the beach stops right in front of the house. My daughter liked it so much we spent the morning one day just riding the tram! The townhome is super comfortable for a family. Great mattresses, screened in porch, bbq and really everything you could need.

  • Our Family had such a great time at this townhome. (This end unit is the best)The McGrellis's were so wonderful and gracious we felt like family. Their home is just so spacious and beautifly decorated. The private beach was so wonderful I will never go to public beach again!! The tram picks you up right outside the door and its just a short ride to the beach. It was so relaxing !!!Sea Colony is so well maintained..everything from bathrooms to the beach to the landscaping was immaculate and beautiful.

  • My husband and I loved this townhome. It was beautifully decorated, spacious and very comfortable. In fact, it was the nicest place we've stayed at in Sea Colony (and we've been going there for many years). We would definitely stay here again.
