Beautiful home on a quiet street in the gated community of Corte Bella. Excellent facilities and restaurants including heated pool, fitness center, tennis courts, bocce ball, spa and two wonderful restaurants. The home has over 1600 sq ft so their is plenty of room to entertain or just relax. The den has a desk and wireless hook-up for your computer along with a sofa bed. Two flat screen TV's are in the home for you to enjoy. The one in the great room is a 52". The master bedroom has a king size bed, dresser with mirror, two night stands with lamps and a ceiling fan. There is a covered patio with a gas barbeque, patio table, pub table, and outdoor fan. There are two bikes in the 2 stall garage for your use. We enjoy staying at our home whenever we get the chance. It is such a friendly community. Did we mention there is no snow or ice and no scooping.

Year Purchased: 2009
We are a married couple that lives in Nebraska. We just bought this house this year and plan to use it ourselves when we can. My husband still works and can't get away for an extended period of time. We thought we would rent it part time if we can. We have two children and four grandchildren. I am a retired postmaster and my husband is an insurance agent. Being from Nebraska, this is a perfect home for us to get away.
Why the Owner Chose Sun City West
As I said, we live in Nebraska and it is the perfect place to get away. We are tired of the cold winters and when my husband retires, I'm sure we will spend more time down there. We like the area and the community is very friendly. We have several friends from Nebraska that bought in the Sun City West area.
The Unique Benefits of this House
My husband is an avid golfer and their are plenty of golf courses to choose from. I love to go to the estate sales and just shop in general. It is so easy to walk every morning or go to the fitness center. We love the restaurant at Corte Bella. We have several friends down there in the winter so we do a lot of socializing. My husband likes to bike also and it is so handy to do that as well.
