Oceanfront town home located in Atlantic Watergate at North Shores. Walk out the backdoor and land on Atlantic Watergate's private beach. Community includes tennis courts and playground. Two bikes available for renter's use for the easy ride into main Bethany. Restaurants, shops and fun galore both in Bethany and going north along the route to and thru Rehoboth. Or, you could go south and find yourself in Fenwick on the way to Ocean City. State Park offers other options for exploration.
You will find plenty of spots for comfortable relaxation in this meticulously maintained and well loved home. Owned and enjoyed by the same family for over 30 years. Hang out on any of four porches (three with ocean views) for reading, sunsets, sunrise, porpoise watching or just dreaming. You will enter this home from the front porch and find a dining room, half bath, well equipped kitchen, comfy living room and screened in porch leading to the beach. Take the central staircase to the second level where there is a larger bedroom with a queen sized bed and porch with ocean view. Across the hall are two smaller bedrooms each with double beds. In between is the main full bath. At the top of the stairs, the third level opens to a lofted space with a bedroom complete with queen size bed, walk-in closet and brand new full bath on one side. The other side has a large living area opening to another porch with ocean view. Lastly, come below for tandem parking for two cars, laundry area and bike storage. Parking for a third vehicle is in the lot directly across from the home.
