Why the Owner Chose Playacar
We took our family on a vacation to Playa del Carmen, our first trip for all of us to the Mayan Riviera. We fell in love with it, the climate, the people and the never ending places to visit and explore. After a couple more trips we had decided to begin our search for a family vacation home and felt Playa del Carmen was the place for us. We have had our home for four years and have many wonderful memories with family and friends.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhouse
This being a very family oriented complex, it is very quiet and like having your own private pool to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather, just sit back and read a book, catch some rays or take a snooze. You can take a bike ride around all of Playacar or venture further down 10th Avenue right into town, take a tour down Fisherman district right to the beach. A unique shopping plaza is only a ten minute walk where you can shop for local souvenirs, stop for a coffee at Starbucks. The entire community of Playacar is gated and is very secure and safe, as well our complex is gated and has 24 hour security guards.

We wanted a family vacation home where our family could escape the winter to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The climate being one of the main factors in choosing a location as well as the travel time for our children and grand children. The climate in the Mayan Riviera is very consistent, it is only a five and half hour flight, the beaches are beautiful, people are very friendly, there is an abundance of activities and sites to visit in and around the area.
