Our comfortable villa was built in 2006. It is in a deed restricted community of Rotunda Lakes. Our villa is in a very peaceful and naturalistic setting. No neighbors surrounding the villa. Very private! We are close to many activities such as golf, Rotunda has 5 local courses and many more nearby. We have 2 new mountain bikes available for your recreational pleasure. There are bike trails in the community that lead directly south towards the beaches of Gasparilla and Boca Grande or north towards the nearby Publix and shopping center. 16+ miles of natural beauty throughout the surrounding community, With many lakes, canals, and safe roadways. We are minutes away from gorgeous white sand beaches and clear blue waters of Gasparilla Island, Boca Grande, Englewood Beach and Manasota Keys. There are picnic and shower facilities available for the public. For the person who enjoys a little night life there are many local tiki bars for great drinks and food. Come enjoy Southwest Florida! For the crystal clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico , and beautiful pristine beaches of the surrounding areas!

  • If you’re looking for a place to stay, this is the house to rent. The house is located in a quiet and peaceful location with lots of privacy. The house is fully equipped and very clean. We truly had a wonderful time. I highly recommend this house to anyone who’s looking for a place to rent. We had a great communication with the owners, any questions we had they were there to give us advise. So we would like to thank Gina and Nicky for allowing us to stay in their beautiful home.

  • WOW! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this lovely home to our friends & family, as well as the VRBO community! The home is tastefully decorated, extremely comfortable and is located in a very desirable and secluded location just minutes from some of the most unspoiled beaches in Florida. The property is surrounded by a wooded landscape providing guests with a feeling of complete privacy and connection with Florida's natural beauty. The Cape Haize Pioneer Trail is just minutes away, linking the outdoor enthusiast and nature observer with miles of serene biking/walking trails where Florida bald eagles and scrub jays abound. Without question, this home was the "perfect" choice for our family's getaway, and we'll most definitely consider staying here again upon our next return to Southwest Florida.
