Our Dunes of Seagrove condominium is a Gold rated, 2nd floor, gulf front condo with two lagoon pools, hot tub, tennis courts and fitness center. Along with an oversized covered balcony that you can access from the living area and each bedroom.
The Dunes of Seagrove is a four-story, beachfront complex that includes 7500 - square foot, lagoon pool (heated seasonally) with a hot tub. Also included is your individually designated, underground parking space, elevator, complimentary beach service ( 2 umbrellas, 4 chairs )spring through fall season, a fitness center with sauna/steam room, tennis courts, and in-ground barbecue grills. The sugar sand beaches are never crowded, so leave the hustle, bustle, and crowds at home and get ready to enjoy a relaxing vacation.
Seagrove Beach is consistently designated as a "Clean Beach." The emerald waters simply invite you to relax, stay, and play on the soft white powder sand. Or you can dine in the gulf-front dining area or on the oversized balcony and admire the panaramic view and often watch the playful dolphins pass by.
Our "Gold" rated condo provides an elevator to 1864 sq ft of luxury living on one floor. This unique floor plan provides a gulf view and a private entry from every bedroom to the oversized covered balcony. There are three bedrooms, three full baths, and a powder room off the kitchen/living area. The master bathroom includes a whirlpool tub, separete oversized shower, a large walk-in closet, and a sitting area. Bedding: master - King size bed, guest - King size bed, Guest - Queen size.
The kitchen and family room overlook the Gulf of Mexico and have access to the covered balcony furnished with a dining table, chairs and loungers for your relazation!
Dunes of Seagrove is located between Destin and Panama City Beach just off Highway 30A within a few miles of Grayton Beach, Seaside and Rosemary Beach. All of which are connected by a walking, jogging, and biking path. There is plenty of nearby shopping including one of the largest outlet malls, Silver Sands. Or you can enjoy the "beachside" shopping in Seaside or in the boutiqe shops of Rosemary and Seagrove.
There are a multitude of options nearby for ding that range from formal (Fish Out of Water), to casual chic (Basmati's), to famly style ( Old Florida Fish House , to just plain "Old Flordia" (Seagrove Market). Or you can drop by one of the local seafood markets for the latest fresh catch to take back to your condo to prepare and enjoy. So take your pick of the type of vacation you wish to have and select the options that suit your style.
