Just a stone’s throw from all of Southern California’s greatest assets, including a 10 minute drive to Disneyland, our newly remodeled home is waiting for you and your family to move right in. We are located in the center of the ‘southland’ with easy surface street or freeway access to all Orange County, Los Angeles and San Diego attractions.
The grand, Mediterranean-style hacienda home is an ideal set up for families of all sizes and reunions of old friends. It is situated at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac with a large front and back yard, grand size swimming pool with Jacuzzi and RV parking if needed. If you are looking for a place to situate a family reunion, the home is perfect for socializing with a large modern kitchen, two living/family rooms with vaulted ceilings, large flat screen HD TVs in each room, gas/wood fireplace, multiple seating areas suited for games, movies, sports or quiet reading along with plenty of curb-side parking for additional guests.
The single-story home has 3 beautifully decorated standard bedrooms along with a luxurious master bedroom with a private flat screen HD TV, grand bathroom and private access to the pool/Jacuzzi. The bathrooms have been 100% remodeled with a stylish and unique hacienda flare – old world style with modern-day spaciousness. As an added feature, the entire home is wheelchair accessible due to the openness of the floor plan – helping with the young ones in their strollers or our valued seniors with walkers and wheelchair needs. (Cribs and ramps for the two step entrance way available upon request). Added conveniences include a laundry area and natural gas barbeque.
All of the well known attractions are very close by: Disneyland, Universal Studios, Six Flags - Magic Mountain, Knott’s Berry Farm, The Wax Museum, San Diego Wild Animal Park and/or Zoo, Sea World. Don’t miss out on some of the newer activities such as the Aquarium of the Pacific, Disney’s aquatic exploration, (Long Beach), the Discovery Science Center (Santa Ana) for hands-on science fun or Raging Waters (San Dimas)and Soak City (Buena Park) our local water parks. Of course there are the natural wonders of So. Cal. Including Big Bear Mountain for skiing, hiking, mountain biking, sledding, Corona Del Mar for ocean tidepooling (check the tide charts for low tide)or Temecula Wine Country. Why the Owner Chose Anaheim
Following my heart and my business opportunities, I have relocated and am keeping my So. Cal. home for frequent vacations. Since I very recently completed a full home remodel, it seemed a shame not to share this beautiful home with other families. It has everything you will need with a price tag that no hotel can match.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Our home is beautiful single story ranch home with a large pool. There is plenty of 'running around' space for the young kids both in the front and backyard - not to mention we are at the end of a cul-de-sac, eliminating almost all traffic. Located within minutes of Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, local sports stadiums, Orange County beaches and just a little bit further from all of the famous L.A. and San Diego attractions. Convenient around-town shopping and a couple of outstanding malls are within a walk, bike-ride or short car trip away. The local walking park is about 1/6 of a mile from the house and is a perfect 1 mile around for the morning stretch of your legs and the local Starbucks is about 1/8 of a mile from the house, too. This town is in the middle of it all and yet is quiet, safe and very community focused. Ideal for a restful vacation.
Fun for the whole family. A So. Cal. original. Don't forget your homemade preserves!
The easiest of the beaches to drive to. From here, just drive north along the coast until you find your "ideal" spot!
Watch the Angels or Ducks play or catch a concert, motocross, etc. Whatever is the happening thing!

This was our first time renting a home for our family vacation and thanks to Lynn it was a wonderful experience. We had many questions that Lynn was happy to help answer by phone and email prior to us booking the house. The house is very well laid out, with big spacious rooms and a beautiful kitchen. As soon as we walked in we were more and more thrilled as we explored the home. We had 5 adults and 2 children in our group and all of us slept very well. (We want to know what brand and style of bed mattress was in the master bedroom so we can buy the same when we replace our bed at home... it was heavely!) The backyard pool and hot tub were a big hit and we got a lot of use out of both after our long day trips. The kitchen has everything you could need for indoor cooking. The only thing that would have made this trip even better would have been a propane or natural gas barbeque... but we survived quite well without one! We found the location very easy to drive to Disneyland (20 min), Universal Studios (30 min) the Honda Center (12 min) and LAX (40 min.) The neighbourhood was very nice, quiet and safe. We loved every moment of our time in the house and would recommend it to anyone. We hope to return for another vacation in the future!

We stayed at this property from Sept 24 thru to Oct 1, 2011...and we could not have been happier with it! The house is B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L!!! It has every possible amenity you can think of...and then some! The home was in immaculate condition, and beautifully furnished and decorated. We really enjoyed the pool...so nice to have a private backyard to enjoy! We paid to have the pool & hottub heated...so it was perfect for chilly California nights! The proximity of the home to Disneyland and California Adventure was great (not too long on the freeways)!! We would return to this home in a heartbeat...in fact, we`re planning on renting this location again in another year! Thank you Lynn...you have a beautiful home :-)

Your home has been fantastic to stay in with so much space for us all to have our own quiet time if needed. The pool area has been a real hit with our teenage boys. I think they may have even grown fins they spent that much time in it. The fact that this is your family home is evident as everything you could ever need is here. Thank you to your property manager for the fresh veggies from your garden, you are a kind lady. Once again, thank you. We hope to maybe come back someday (from England, UK)

The home is lovely. Thank you so much for creating such hospitality - your care shows. we made the most of the local entertainments at a family friendly amateur improv show in downtown Fullerton (left the flyer). Lovely weather, lovely time in the pool, bbqing and playing games. Couldn't have been more comfortable.

We loved the place, especially our son. Much better than a hotel. Thank you for opening your home to us. Loved the decor of your house and we all slept soundly. I know we did a lot of swimming, shopping and walking (taking in the parks),but your beds were so comfortable. We even had vegetables given to us from Lynn's Garden. Yummy! We all felt so much at home at this house (it's the way you set everything up). It was always great to get back here everyday - set up the barbeque, and sit back and relax without hving to walk through a lobby of the hotel. The time went by too quickly

Awesome experience!! Kids (and parents too!!!) loved the pool. Great, central location close to Disneyland, Anaheim Stadium, Knottsberry Farm. House was very warm and comfortable. Good privacy in the backyard pool area. Would definitely recommend it for a long weekend stay.

As a journalist in Vancouver, Canada I was very nervous about renting a home off of the Internet for my family's vacation -- too many horror stories. I now have to say I had nothing to worry about and I knew that as soon as we drove up! The neighbourhood is lovely and the home is exactly as it appears in the photos. We were welcomed by the manager and instantly felt at home. Five adults and two children (2 and 7 yrs old) had more than enough room. It really was like a home away from home. My cousins live an hour away and were able to spend time swimming and having dinner with us, something we could not have done if we were in a hotel. It was a short trip to Disney and some fabulous shopping was right around the corner. And one of the best parts of the trip...arriving home with clean clothes lol!! The kids are already saving for next year's vacation!!

We stayed there for 2weeks and it was a great house fixed up really nice with a great kitchen. The fourth bedroom during our stay had a good air matress plus if you needed additional sleeping there was another air mattress in the closet. Everything else was exactly as it was on the website. From our travels over the years we must say this house had the best pool because you could run it to keep the pool warm during the colder days, the kids were able to swim in every night even when it was in the 40's. I would recommend this house, our family had a great time. Don't forget to check out the cheesecake factory and the olive garden while visiting. Thanks Lynn for the great experience.
