My family and I have used VRBO for the past several years. This property is the CLEANEST that we have ever rented. The property, itself, is located in a safe and very quiet neighborhood with easy access to shopping and family-style restaurants. The residential streets are devoid of traffic after 10:00 PM. The living area is surprisingly spacious and well-designed for either a leisurely breakfast or a relaxing decompression following your day's activities. The patio and pool area offers an alternate location for conversation and revisiting the events of the day. This property is more than just a place to drop the luggage for a week, it is comfortable enough that one could spend the week simply relaxing in the house and catching up on quiet time with one's family - a remote "staycation" in a quality property. Ours is a small family, but there is plenty of room for larger groups. The owner and property manager are both very professional and detail oriented. The rental process was efficient and was completed, without ANY mistakes or issues, with just a couple of phone calls and email exchanges. Even the pool and lawn folks were polite and attentive to detail. Kudos to the owner and property team. I would recommend this owner and this property, without reservation, to anyone who is looking for a comfortable vacation home in the Orange County area.

Our first experience with using a VRBO has left us all with the opinion that we will do this again especially if Lynn's home could be held up as a standard. Thank you so much for the use of this beautiful home! We were 8 adults ( 6 in their 20's and then the "old folks" ). Everyone had lots of room to relax, have some personal space if needed and use the many amenities that the home has to offer. The pool and hot tub were welcome sights after a full day of activity.... There really wasn't anything that we could have wished for , apart from a few extra days which time just would not allow. We would be pleased to encourage anyone who is considering Lynn's home as a refuge during their stay in Annaheim. The access to Disney was truly 15-20 minutes away and that was with some construction. We will try to use this home again should we return to Los Angeles in the near future! Thanks again Lynn !

This was our first time renting a home for our family vacation and thanks to Lynn it was a wonderful experience. We had many questions that Lynn was happy to help answer by phone and email prior to us booking the house. The house is very well laid out, with big spacious rooms and a beautiful kitchen. As soon as we walked in we were more and more thrilled as we explored the home. We had 5 adults and 2 children in our group and all of us slept very well. (We want to know what brand and style of bed mattress was in the master bedroom so we can buy the same when we replace our bed at home... it was heavely!) The backyard pool and hot tub were a big hit and we got a lot of use out of both after our long day trips. The kitchen has everything you could need for indoor cooking. The only thing that would have made this trip even better would have been a propane or natural gas barbeque... but we survived quite well without one! We found the location very easy to drive to Disneyland (20 min), Universal Studios (30 min) the Honda Center (12 min) and LAX (40 min.) The neighbourhood was very nice, quiet and safe. We loved every moment of our time in the house and would recommend it to anyone. We hope to return for another vacation in the future!

We stayed at this property from Sept 24 thru to Oct 1, 2011...and we could not have been happier with it! The house is B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L!!! It has every possible amenity you can think of...and then some! The home was in immaculate condition, and beautifully furnished and decorated. We really enjoyed the pool...so nice to have a private backyard to enjoy! We paid to have the pool & hottub heated...so it was perfect for chilly California nights! The proximity of the home to Disneyland and California Adventure was great (not too long on the freeways)!! We would return to this home in a heartbeat...in fact, we`re planning on renting this location again in another year! Thank you Lynn...you have a beautiful home :-)

Your home has been fantastic to stay in with so much space for us all to have our own quiet time if needed. The pool area has been a real hit with our teenage boys. I think they may have even grown fins they spent that much time in it. The fact that this is your family home is evident as everything you could ever need is here. Awesome experience!! Kids (and parents too!!!) loved the pool. Great, central location close to Disneyland, Anaheim Stadium, Knottsberry Farm. House was very warm and comfortable. Good privacy in the backyard pool area. Would definitely recommend it for a long weekend stay.

We loved the place, especially our son. Much better than a hotel. Thank you for opening your home to us. Loved the decor of your house and we all slept soundly. I know we did a lot of swimming, shopping and walking (taking in the parks),but your beds were so comfortable. We even had vegetables given to us from Lynn's Garden. Yummy! We all felt so much at home at this house (it's the way you set everything up). It was always great to get back here everyday - set up the barbeque, and sit back and relax without hving to walk through a lobby of the hotel. The time went by too quickly

The home is lovely. Thank you so much for creating such hospitality - your care shows. we made the most of the local entertainments at a family friendly amateur improv show in downtown Fullerton (left the flyer). Lovely weather, lovely time in the pool, bbqing and playing games. Couldn't have been more comfortable.

As a journalist in Vancouver, Canada I was very nervous about renting a home off of the Internet for my family's vacation -- too many horror stories. I now have to say I had nothing to worry about and I knew that as soon as we drove up! The neighbourhood is lovely and the home is exactly as it appears in the photos. We were welcomed by the manager and instantly felt at home. Five adults and two children (2 and 7 yrs old) had more than enough room. It really was like a home away from home. My cousins live an hour away and were able to spend time swimming and having dinner with us, something we could not have done if we were in a hotel. It was a short trip to Disney and some fabulous shopping was right around the corner. And one of the best parts of the trip...arriving home with clean clothes lol!! The kids are already saving for next year's vacation!!

Great Place for a Family Vacation in Southern Cal

We stayed here with extended family. It was very nice and slept 8 comfortably. It is within a 20 minute drive to Disneyland and is centrally located to other attractions in Southern CA.

We stayed there for 2weeks and it was a great house fixed up really nice with a great kitchen. The fourth bedroom during our stay had a good air matress plus if you needed additional sleeping there was another air mattress in the closet. Everything else was exactly as it was on the website. From our travels over the years we must say this house had the best pool because you could run it to keep the pool warm during the colder days, the kids were able to swim in every night even when it was in the 40's. I would recommend this house, our family had a great time. Don't forget to check out the cheesecake factory and the olive garden while visiting. Thanks Lynn for the great experience.

we stayed in this beautiful home over christmas. it was close to everything, but just far enough away from all the disney madness that we felt it was our sanctuary after long days at the parks. it was well appointed and perfect for our family of four that includes two teenagers. we enjoyed the pool and hottub each night. lynn is a fabulous landlord, she was available before our trip to answer all my questions and even provided many suggestions for rainy days,as she monitored the weather reports. the home also has a wonderful welcome book, full of local attractions, restaurant recommendations and tips. we have rented many vacation homes, but all four of us agreed that this was our best yet. please don't hesitate to stay here, you will not be disappointed. we hope to return.
