This lovely vacation home worked perfectly for our family and friends. The first week was family week with three grandchildren under five. We were able to walk to playgrounds and beaches and enjoy downtown Charlevoix. The second week we invited two couples who had never been to northern Michigan to stay with us and were able to travel to Traverse City, Mackinac Island, the local vineyards as well as enjoy all that the Charlevoix location provided us. The back deck was wonderful and when we ate at home we cooked and ate there. The owner was very helpful in answering any of our questions. All in all a great vacation!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+.

This is a fantastic home. It is very well kept, spotlessly clean and very comfortable for the eleven of us. It has every accommodation imaginable to make a family vacation a success. From books to games to dvds' all of which were thoroughly enjoyed particularly by my grandchildren. We had wonderful barbeques on the deck and loved walking across to Lake Michigan. It's a great location on the most beautiful street. The owners deserve kudos for creating such a great vacation home. We would love to experience it again at some future time.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, tourists without a car, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay!! Clean and plenty of room for a large family. Big benefits......the gorgeous lake and the wonderful town of Charlevoix. Who could ask for more?? Highly recommended.

We had a great time staying in this house. There was plenty of room for our group of 13. The kids really enjoyed the game room in the basement, and everyone admired the nice view of Lake Michigan from the deck. The house is in a beautiful location, just a short walk from Lake Michigan or downtown Charlevoix. I would love to go back sometime!
