The house is a spacious 2000 sq/feet including a sunroom that overlooks the backyard. You will be surrounded by beautiful custom made linens and teak furniture in soothing relaxing colors.
Come relax in our very quiet and peaceful professionally landscaped backyard. You will be surrounded by palm trees, sea grapes and other tropical vegetation. Additionally, the backyard includes a recently built 500 square foot lanai made of travertine stone and a private heated outdoor shower. The lanai is full of beautiful outdoor furniture imported from Bali and Morocco. Great for morning coffee, relaxing, and entertaining!!!
The house is conveniently located within walking distance of the beach, river, restaurants, spa and shopping in the historic district. You are within an hour drive of all the Orlando theme parks and attractions, City of St. Augustine, Sanford Zoo and several other central Florida spots of interest.

My husband's family was originally from New Smyrna Beach. We reside in the downtown historic district of Orlando. We have a young family and spend as much time as we can in New Smyrna Beach.

We chose New Smyrna Beach for our vacation get away for the great beaches, surfing, restaurants, and shopping. It's one of the last true little beach towns left in Florida that has not been overly commercialized. We love its easy going lifestyle and pace.
The Unique Benefits of this House
We enjoy surfing, going to the beach, bike riding and the availability of great restaurants. We spend alot of time hanging out in our backyard and entertaining on our new lanai!!

I have no idea why is has taken me so long to write a review on this very beautiful home! My husband surprised me with a wounderful vacation to NSB but I had no idea that he planned for us to stay in this beautiful home! I would love to come back and stay here again and again. Very clean and everything you need to relax, the back yard is gourgouse and private, walking distance to Flager and the beach, and walking distance to all my favorite shops. Thank you again.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
