Your condo is a 3rd floor condo which is completely renovated. It is approximately 1500 square feet that is very spacious. It has 2 bdrm, 2 full baths ( Master bath has a deep whirlpool tub ), Cherry kitchen with Stainless steel appliances. There is also a washer and dryer in the condo.
It comes equipped with everything to be a home away from home. Just bring your clothes. Master bdrm has a king size bed with pillow top mattress and and a 32 inch flat screen TV. The guest room has a queen size with pillow top mattress. The condo has ceramic tile floors through out with mosaic designs.
The living area has a large kitchen, dinning and living room. Very specious. The Living room has a 50 inch PLASMA TV in it. Off the living room and dinning area is your large balcony where you will enjoy a great ocean view and breeze to relax to.

Year Purchased: 2009
I grew up and currently live in Upstate NY. I am on the edge of the snowbelt and last winter we had 200 inches of snow. I am a Financial Advisor. I ski, play hockey, swim, hike, golf, and kayak as my sporting activities. Social I enjoy everything the whole area has to offer and basically just Like to have fun. I look forward to enjoying this condo with my family and friends. As well as get out of the winter from time to time and hanging out in the florida setting.
Why the Owner Chose Palm Beach
I choose this area because its sets in a very peaceful quiet area. Yet it is close enough to enjoy the great nightlife, restaurants, and both sporting and leisure activities that West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, and Fort Lauderdale have to offer.
Also about a mile away is the Key Lime House which is a casual restaurant on the water with live music to hang out to.

The building name is La Bonne Vie. From the moment you you walk into the main lobby you will see the quality of the building you will be living in. Besides having a nice pool to swim in just above the beach there is a very nice fitness center on site. The 24/7 doorman and security cameras provide a secure safe feeling and place.
