Multiple covered porches with cozy comfortable outdoor furniture make this home the perfect escape for nature lovers. An outdoor fireplace and overhead infra-red natural gas heater off the dining room create the perfect environment for enjoying snowy winter days. The open floor plan featuring a large kitchen island and a wet bar off the living room makes this home perfect for family gatherings, creating a warm social atmosphere that the entire family will appreciate.
Four large bedrooms plus a separate media room on the main floor and plenty of bathrooms create flexible sleeping accommodations for up to 12. The spacious master bedroom suite features a massive king bed, vaulted ceilings, plush area rugs over wood floors and a spa quality master bath. Two bedrooms at the top of the stairs share a central bath in addition to private vanities located in each room for privacy. A large bonus room / bedroom with a queen bed, couch, 42” TV, DVD player, and private bathroom round out the sleeping options.
A Separate audio visual command center with IPod docking station is centrally located and conveniently only one remote control is needed to operate everything. Plasma TVs in the kitchen, great room and den (complete with surround sound) provide plenty of private view spaces.
The home is centrally located within Suncadia Resort with miles upon miles of hiking, biking and cross country skiing trails. The Prospector Golf Course provides a changing mountain course and The Lodge at Suncadia has both a bar and restaurants.
This home is small pet friendly. Sorry big dogs....
