Adorable condo, perfect for a couple or a small family, in the heart of Sun Valley. This cute place is located amid winding streams and ponds, adorned by flowers and towering trees. Extremely quiet.
This area of Sun Valley is a wonderful treat for those who enjoy walking or bike riding instead of driving. There are bike paths leading to the pools, tennis courts, ice rink, golf course, etc. A wonderful, safe way for kids to get around as well. This particular area is a great place for families.
Dollar Mountain, for beginning skiers, is a short walk away. The Sun Valley bus picks up right outside and takes you a little over a mile to Mt. Baldy, Sun Valley's big ski mountain.

Why the Owner Chose Sun Valley
We chose Sun Valley for our vacation home because of all it has to offer. I can honestly say it's the most beautiful place I've ever seen in the United States. These mountains take our breath away. The wild life around here is amazing. Nightly we come across foxes, deer... and yes... I've even bumped into a moose. As much as we enjoy the quiet surroundings, we also wanted a lot of things to choose from in the way of fun. There is never a dull moment here if that's what you're looking for. Golf, fly fishing, hiking, mountain biking, water skiing, skiing, tennis, great restaurants, fun bars, live music... you name it. We love it here!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our place is great because it is one of the smaller units which means it is much more affordable. It's fun and quirky with a loft bedroom above the living room and bunk beds in an alcove right off the kitchen. Our property is very quiet, which is a big plus for us coming from Los Angeles. It's easy to open our front door, hop on our bikes or just walk anywhere we want to go. At night, with the windows open, we can hear the river running by in the distance and gaze at a million stars.

I grew up in Los Angeles but spent every summer and Christmas in the beauty of Sun Valley. My husband spent a lot of time here too as a kid and when we had children of our own we both knew we simply had to have a place here. Our kids get to run free and are involved in all kinds of activities and sports. Our days consist of bike riding, swimming, skiing in the winter, going to the symphony and fabulous picnics. My husband says it's the best fly fishing he's ever experienced. Sun Valley is an absolute treasure.
