The apartment was renovated in 2007. The building entrance on rue du Louvre has black marble floor and wooden paneling and was restored in 2006 at the same time as the façade of the building. The staircase needs repainting to complete the restoration.
Fantastic central location only 100 metres from the Louvre Museum and a short walk across the River Seine on the famous Pont Neuf, to the Ile de la Cité and the Notre Dame Cathedral which leads directly to Blvd. St Germain and the Latin Quarter.
Close to "Boulangerie" on Rue St Honoré, mini market on Rue du Louvre, Nicolas wine shop on Rue de Rivoli and Franprix supermarket on Rue Berger.
