We have rented our property for Commissioning Week 2010 but are still available for 2011. Come relax in our quiet, spacious, water-privileged Annapolis home, only three miles from USNA. Enjoy Commissioning Week (and congratulations to your family if you have a graduating mid!) or Parents Weekend in our home which includes great entertainment features such as an open, gourmet kitchen with granite counters and island, wood floors, master bath with marble shower and claw footed tub, beautiful gardens.
Second floor "tree house" deck, shady screened porch for relaxing, grilling area, large screen television, fire place, living room with large "L" sectional, four bedrooms, three full baths, den, separate family room and more!
Lots of our neighbors rent to Navy families and you would be very welcome here. We are close to downtown's historic district with its funky shops, restaurants, and the State House. We have plenty of parking and a community dock and pool. If you'd like to get out on the water, you could use our kayak or motorized dinghy - or we could take you out on our Boston Whaler or Sailboat for an adventure.

Our family boasts two Naval Academy graduates (classes of '59 and '83). We are professionals who work locally, and have two college aged children.
Why the Owner Chose Annapolis
We bought in Anchorage for the fantastic water privileges, including the community pool and docks, so we can walk to our boats and be on the water, zooming downtown for coffee or dinner by boat. We also love the quiet, tree-lined streets in the community and close proximity to shopping and downtown Annapolis.
The Unique Benefits of this House
You will be able to return home from the Herndon Monument Challenge, Blue Angels performance and graduation within minutes and either quietly relax, or easily entertain in our home. There is a nearby waterfront 5 mile biking/running route around Bay Ridge with incredible views of the Chesapeake Bay.
