Rentals run Saturday-Saturday with check-in at 4pm and check-out at 10am. An optional linen package can be included for an additional fee, which includes sheets for all beds and 2 towels & 1 washcloth for each bath.

If you are looking for a perfect home for a family gathering - Look no further! The house is absolutely beautiful - so much more than we expected. It is in a very private area - away from noise and busy traffic. We loved how it was decorated - so clean and uncluttered. The elevator was a real plus ! Dawn recommended the Seven Seas Seafood Market in Murrells Inlet for fresh seafood. We enjoyed grilling grouper, shrimp, and oysters on their charcoal grill. Our favorite restaurant was the Inlet Crab House. Dawn was great to work with - answering all our questions. Mr. Bowden was so nice - he stopped by to tell us if we needed anything to let him know. We would definitely rent this home again. The Young Family from MichiganRecommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

I absolutely love this home. The photos are an understatement, as I walked in to the house I was definitely impressed. The top level floor has two private bedrooms, and both rooms have double queen size beds. This floor contains the over-sized kitchen which is fully equipped with everything you need during your week stay here. The dining area is exceptional with plenty of seating for everyone (10), plus seating for (6) on the kitchen counter-top face towards dining area. There is also a family/living room area on this floor. Each bedroom in this house has it own private full bathroom, this is extremely convenient. The lower level is also beautiful and has four private bedrooms, which includes the master bedroom with master bathroom. This floor also has a convenient ice-maker, and mini refrigerator so you don't need to run up to the kitchen to get a snack or a drink. There is plenty of parking and the house is an open floor plan. The pool in the back was perfect sized and the views from all the balconies throughout the house was amazing. I absolutely love the time I spent here and I would revisit again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Rates STARTING at $1650/week Rentals are weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Sorry, No Pets. 50% deposit required to reserve. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. $250 REFUNDABLE security deposit required at time of reservation. Security deposit will be refunded after departure inspection; assuming no damages.
