G2 Haus is located in the Tobin Hill Historic Neighborhood, 10 minutes from the airport & just north of downtown and 4 blocks from the recently completed SA River Walk extension at the Pearl Brewery complex.
The modern architectural bones of this completely renovated structure now has an abundance of natural light, reclaimed maple floors and Carrara marble countertops in a rental property unlike all others.

Why the Owner Chose San Antonio
G2 Haus is a building originally built in 1948 directly across the street from our design firm of G2. It is also next door to our residence in the newly designated Tobin Hill Historic Neighborhood. We have had great interest in saving this great modernist building for many years.
