Feel the ocean breeze from the three outdoor decks or from the huge upstairs living room and dining area with vaulted ceilings and windows everywhere you look. This gem is secluded and you will feel like you are in your own private heaven when you walk through its door(s). Modern, casual, hip, and comfortable living.
The upper level has two large bright airy bedrooms, master (queen) with plenty of closet space, 2 bathrooms, plus kids room (2 twins). 1st floor, laundry, mudroom, comfy den with doors that open on to a large deck, three bright & generous bedrooms (2 queen/2 twin).
The upper level also features a large bright open kitchen that flows into vaulted dining area, living room, fire place, and upper deck with BBQ, (mentioned above- very large master bedroom with bathroom/private deck/walk in closet, guest bedroom, and guest bathroom.
Rinse off under a hot or cold outdoor shower with the afternoon sunlight dancing off the trees. Ample space in the private yard for kids to play volleyball, horseshoes, red light green light, and tag.
Many nights you will be lulled to sleep with the sounds of the surf carried from a light northerly breeze floating through your windows.
Insider Tip: This house is so close to the breaks that you can easily keep tabs on the conditions without bothering with a car or the hassle of the parking lots that fill up early. Hang on the beach, then stroll home for a burger on the grill.

We spent Columbus Day weekend at this rental and it was beautiful. The home was clean and had an open floor plan was great for the kids. There is a 5 min walk to Ditch Plains Beach (which is quiet and private) and a 5 min drive into town. We would def rent again, cant wait to go back next year.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+.
