Timothy and Victoria Weaver are retired educators. They settled in Newburyport 35 years ago while working at Boston University. The Weavers have been involved in real estate and rentals for more than 30 years. They have been innkeepers for the past 15 years. They also own a vacation rental in Key West where they spend part of the year.

Newburyport began its transformation 35 years ago from a sleepy coastal New England town to a vibrant tourist center just 35 miles north of Boston. The beautiful downtown is a living history of 19th century ship building and commerce. Now filled with cafes, shops, museums and galleries, the downtown's historic properties are once more buzzing with activity. Now, the redevelopment has spread throughout this popular community. Newburyport has become a destination for travelers to New England. The Weaver's vacation rental is a short block from the downtown and revitalized waterfront.
