Timothy and Victoria Weaver are retired university educators. They settled in Newburyport 35 years ago while working at Boston University. The Weavers have been involved in real estate and rentals for more than 30 years. They have been innkeepers for the past 15 years. They also own a vacation rental in Key West where they spend the bulk of the year.
