Front Street View - Manzanillo, Colima, Mexico - Beach House on the Mexican Riviera! This beautiful beachfront property was designed by one of Mexico's most creative architects. Near the port city of Manzanillo (pop.50,000) which is located on the Mexican Riviera, the house is in Club Santiago, a private gated community about 20 minutes from the Manzanillo International Airport. This Non-Smoking house,"Casa Golondrinas" (house of the swallows) has a full-time housekeeper and groundskeeper who live on the property year round.On the ground floor are 2 bedrooms (one with king bed and one with 2-twin beds).Also on this floor is a full kitchen,laundry, dining and living space, caretakers quarters, a 4th bath and a 15'x30' palapa next to the pool which serves as an outdoor eating and sitting area. The second level has 2 bedrooms (one with a king bed and one with 2-twin beds) All bedrooms have their own private bath and ocean view. There is also on the second level a large open terrace with outdoor eating option and a beautiful view over Santiago Bay. Past the pool and out the gate and you are on the beach with its gently sloping golden sand, mild surf and immediate access to the warm waters of the Pacific. A long peninsula protects this part of the bay making it an ideal place for all kinds of water activities. A partially submerged ship lies 500 yards from the beach which provides a great snorkeling adventure. Deep sea fishing offshore can yield Sailfish, Mahi Mahi, shark, yellowfin and Bonito. Manzanillo, 160 miles down the coast from Puerto Vallarta, is a tropical paradise nestled between the Pacific and the mountains. Quieter and less touristy than Puerto Vallarta, it is the ideal destination for a relaxing vacation retreat. Bananas, mangos, limes, papayas and coconuts are grown here commercially. Club Santiago is 20 minutes from downtown Manzanillo. It is a community of 3-400 homes and condominiums. A golf course and tennis courts are on site and are availabe to Owners and guests. Just outside the gate lies "Boulevard De La Madrid" which provides direct access to restaurants, hotels, banks, shopping and night life. It is the main hub of activity for the area. Just call a taxi and they will take you there!

May 01-November 01 .. $1925/week.
Nightly Rates .. From $275/night low season, $300/night high season.
To hold booking dates, a 25% deposit is required within 10 days of
booking. Balance plus $300 damage deposit due 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Christmas season: Dec. 15 - Jan. 2
