Our private, well appointed 3 bedroom/2 bath w/loft home offers the best of both worlds while vacationing in Whistler, North America's top ski resort, the quiet calm of vacationing in a mountain resort as well as the high energy, non-stop excitement of life in the village.
Upon arriving to our home you will soon be surrounded by beautiful, lush trees and shrubbery. The property has a private parking lot that leads to only 8 units, making it very private. Our home is the last, corner unit, approximately 1400 sq ft. The home is split among 3 levels, providing a good amount of privacy while relaxing at home. The entryway (mudroom) houses the laundry area and plenty of room to store your recreational gear. Upon leaving the entryway, you will find a full bathroom and sauna. From there you can either descend 6 stairs to find a full kitchen, dining room and living room or ascend 6 stairs to find 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and a loft.
Depending upon the season you can enjoy listening to the babbling creek or the chirping of many different species of birds from the private corner deck off of the living room. When you have had a chance to unwind from your travels or your work week, the village is just a short bike ride, walk, bus ride or drive from our home. You can easily reach the Whistler Valley Trail from our property. This tree lined trail bends and winds through a couple of the Whistler Valley subdivisions, ultimately leading you to either of the two villages, the newly built Creekside development or Whistler Village. Both villages offer access to world class skiing/boarding during the winter and hiking/biking during the summer. You will also find everything from 5-star dining to deli/cafe's for a quicker, less expensive options.

My husband and I both lived in Whistler separately for different periods of time and ultimately met and fell in love there. We love Whistler too. There was no other location in North America that we considered purchasing a home. We visit our friends in Whistler at least twice per year. Simply stated we feel very fortunate to have this property in a place that we so love and respect.
