The clubhouse is in the adjacent building, containing a business center, indoor basketball court, well equipped gym, a lounge area with a pool table, and a theatre with a 100-inch screen!
This property boasts a 1-acre lagoon style pool, complete with a rock formation waterfalls, and a kids water feature. The pool is just steps from the condo.
Parking is a breeze with a 3 level parking deck. Our unit can be accessed from the first level without being exposed to the weather.
Beginning in May 2010, Southwest Airlines will provide service to the new airport in Panama City Beach, with direct flights daily to/from Orlando, FL; Houston, TX; Nashville, TN; and Baltimore/Washington DC.
