This house on Center Avenue was perfect! It is indeed a small oasis near the beach in Florida. The pool area is beautifully landscaped and the rooms are all nicely decorated and comfortable. There are flat screen televisions in every room with beautiful hi-def service. The house is well stocked with table and kitchen ware, and ADMS was kind enough to ensure our linens were washed in fragrance free detergent to accommodate an allergy.The house and grounds were very clean. We will be back!

Loved the house. Slept 6 adults, 2 children with plenty of room to spare. Listing accurate, rental agency very responsive to phone/email. One tip; on your last day, you have to launder the sheets for the cleaning staff. It's easier to goto the coin laundry down the street, the commercial dryers will dry all the sheets much quicker than the high-efficiency stackable dryer in the home! Will definitely keep this house, rental company in mind for future trips to florida!

Starting the laundry on the day of departure allows for the cleaners to be able to have the time to return the home to perfect condition for the next guests. The house is gorgeous and ADMS couldn't have been easier or more professional to work with. Every year our family and another vacation together in a new location. This house was perfect. The pool was the obvious star as was the proximity to the beach. The house itself is decorated with nothing but high-end furniture and flat-screens all over the place. I'd have stayed a few months if I could! Also, make sure to eat @ Cafe Martorano around the corner on Oakland Park Blvd. It's the best Italian food you'll ever have - bar none! There's a good chance we'll be back to this property....

Wonderful House

This is a well though out spacious house. Every effort has been made to make your stay comfortable and the house is stocked with absolutely everything and was our home from home for 2 weeks. Set in a quiet residential street one block from a quiet residential beach the house is close to local shops, restaurants and a couple of bars. Fort Lauderdale main promenade and beach from is a 10 minute drive away, as is Las Olas, and the water taxi stop is a just over 5 minutes walk away. The roof terrace is the perfect vantage point for topping up ones tan and the pool and hot tub are just perfect. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent vacation property

The Luxury rental home we recently stayed at exceeded our high expectations. It looked even better in person than in the photos and that's very difficult. The kitchen had all the best equipment and the furniture was very comfortable and excellent looking. Everything worked and was in tip-top shape. It only took us about a minute to walk to the beach through a nice park area. The pool area in the back was very pretty and the total lay out was just spectacular. We were so impressed we're thinking of spending two weeks rather than one next year.

We were beyond pleased with this home in Ft. Lauderdale! It is absolutely gorgeous and we are already planning our next visit. It was even better than the pictures ... truly an upscale property. And the proximity to the beach was incredible ... very hard to come by in Ft. Lauderdale! We have rented homes before, but this was our favorite by far. The house doesn't look like it from the outside but it is really big - plenty of room for my husband and I, our children (4 adults, 1 teenager), our son-in-law, our nephew and a 2 yr old and 6 mo. old. So many favorite things .... the pool was awesome, a great size and had complete privacy. Plenty of room for lounging around the pool and eating outside (complete with a very nice grill). The third floor sundeck was amazing ... our only disappointment was that there weren't lights for nighttime use. The only thing on the second floor is the master suite, huge walk-in closet with built-ins and wonderful master bath. Having all of our children and grandchildren with us was wonderful ... but it was also nice to have a place to escape where we couldn't hear a thing! There was also so much attention to detail. Not only in the high end finishes, upscale appliances, and quality furniture, but also in the little things .... lots of extra towels, sheets, blankets and tons of dishes and kitchen gadgets (we gave the panini maker and blender a good workout!). While we had breakfast and lunch at the house most days, we did eat out each evening. There are many good restaurants very close by. The owners have thought of everything! We can't wait until our next visit.

The owner allowed us to design this home and set up the amenities to appeal to even the most discriminating guests. From the "trantemporary" decor to the multiple areas to commune. We designed this house to allow for an open feel in all the common areas. The roof deck is not complete to our design scheme at this time. There will be out side lights by 2012 and an out door shower. We have upgraded the furniture to a more lounge sectional style and have a place for dining. The outdoor shower will be a great place to rinse off after sunbathing in the chaise lounge chairs. We cannot be grateful enough to the owner for seeing the value in the details that the home presents to their guests. The location is unique in Ft Lauderdale and that is why we will continue to create the most perfect vacation spot for guests. We hope to see you again soon. ADMS.

Best vacation house ever!

My family had the best vacation ever at the Coral Beach house in Ft. Lauderdale. The location was perfect! Just steps to the beach. The house and grounds were perfectly maintained. The private pool, hot tub, and the space in the yard was truly enjoyed by our family. We grilled and dinned outside every night. The house has high quality,very comfortable furniture. The kitchen appliances are all top of the line. Location, quality and comfort were all outstanding, along with the wonderful service from both Louis and management staff at the property. Planning to spend our next family vacation there.

Beautiful Beach Home

This vacation home was all they said it was and more. It was perfect in every way! From sparkling clean to having everything you could want at your fingertips. Beautiful landscaping made the property very private especially lovely was the pool patio area. The house was beautifully decorated with plenty of space. It was also just a few steps to walk to the beach. I would definitely come back to rent it again!

The property itself is magnificent. Everything was in impecable condition. However, my experience with ADMS was uncomfortable. I felt that they did not trust us in our ability to value and maintain a propery of value and were very petty in mentioning insignificant details that were not to their liking. For instance the tiny amount of rice found on the kitchen floor perhaps overlooked when swept. We took great care and pride to keep the house beautiful as when we found it. You can be assured that I would consider renting the property again, but would hope to be treated better.

We fully understood that due to the rental period before us it was impossible to get the house in superior shape? (which we believe your team is keeping it in normally). We experienced that the cleaning lady was very capable, professional and friendly and did her upmost best to bring the house in an acceptable state? But as explained earlier we have the feeling that it was below your standards?The service towards, and understanding of our requests during our stay was handled with care and respect by the property manger Mr. Kiril, what gave use a very good feeling about your organization.. My Family of 4 just stayed at this house for more than a week. My wife and I couldn't ask for anything more comfortable, clean, quiet and relaxing. My kids (21 yo) had a great time, pool and the house was in emmaculate condition, beach nearby and shopping within all local distance. Can't forget to checkout Sunrise and spend some time on Las Olas. This house has everything...just bring yourself and your sun-block, of course. Most of all, Joe, Louis and their staff attend to your every need!!.....Guys you are great!.....See you again...soon!.

Great Family Vacation

This house was an incredible find for our family vacation. It is so spacious that our large family was very comfortable. The kitchen is so large that we were all able to dine together and also everyone can help with preparation and clean up! It is also well stocked with great cookware and appliances. The bedrooms were very lovely and comfortable. The master suite is just incredible. The pool, hot tub and patio furniture are all wonderful and we made full use of them. The house is very conveniently located to the airport. The only possible downside is that it can be a little noisy with the traffic from the major roads. Other than this we had an absolutely wonderful time and could not have enjoyed our stay more.

Better then I expected

For the last 3 years we have rented properties in Florida and this is by far the best place we rented. It was great for the adults and also wonderful for the 4year old we had with us who wanted to swim in the pool from morning until night. I actually tried to find something they would NOT have in the house but couldn't. They have everything. Beach towels, beach chairs, even a cooler to pack a lunch. The kitchen is wonderful and the Master Bedroom is to die for ! I will recommend this place to everyone.

My family enjoyed our stay very much, we had the house the last week in January, 2010, the house was in a great location on a very quite block, we found the house to be very comfortable with all necessary amenities, nothing was over looked, we have an 11 month old son and he enjoyed the pool so much, the house was a good layout for our son and safe for him, the beach is just steps from the front door, I don't think you could ask for more, if you rent this property you will find it to be a good deal and great time, we will be renting this House again,

My extended family stayed at this house for 5 nights in December. We were 5 adults and 3 kids. The house was very nicely located in a small, quiet neighborhood on the beach side of Rte A1A in the heart of Ft. Lauderdale. The house wasn't on the beach, but very close. There were no streets to cross to get to the beach. It was approx. a 3 minute walk thru a parklike area. The house itself appeared to be professionally decorated, with what I'd consider a very tasteful decor. It had two spacious family rooms inside so that we all weren't on top of each other. I thought the house was up-to-date, with a nice, well stocked, spacious kitchen. Plenty of nice linens, towels, blankets, beach towels. The home really was perfect for our family. Large TVs, ipod docking entertainment system. We especially enjoyed the heated pool and hottub that is within steps of the home. There is a patio/rooftop area which we didn't really use since it was a bit windy and cool during our visit. If we visit Ft. Lauderdale again, we would stay there.

My husband and I, our 2 sons and d-i-l, all in their 20's, stayed here for a week. How nice to have your own private heated pool and hot tub right out your door! The beach is a 1 minute walk around the corner and is very clean and was quiet while we were there over Thanksgiving. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac with no traffic. It's a great neighborhood for walking too. The house has been remodeled with a fantastic kitchen. We ate all but a couple of meals there and used the gas grill several times. I was impressed with the amount of furnishings: cooking utensils, beach towels, hair dryers and much more than we expected. The washer/dryer are in the garage. Everything was in great condition. The landscaping around the pool is just beautiful. It was wonderful just sitting out there with a book. Everything for our stay was perfect and we will definitely stay here again. My deposit was also returned promptly!
