Brand new beach house in resort community is very kid friendly. Great location, close to all of the resorts amenities and backs up to the amazing play park. Three Bedrooms plus a loft and three full baths sleeps 10. There is two bedrooms w/ queen beds, one on the second floor w/private bath and one on the 1st floor great for inlaws, one bedroom with double bunk beds and a loft w/queen sofa bed. This home comes with an electric golf cart for use in the resort. There are many things to do around town such as Washington Park Zoo, Light House Premium outlet mall, Blue Chip Casino, and many great restaurants. Resort offers: heated pool, Lake Kai with beach and kayak and paddle boats you can sign out for free, fishing piers, volleyball, tennis, basketball, putting green, live music on the beach on Saturday nights in the summer and a private path to Sheridan Beach, Lake Michigan. Fall there are apple orchards and fall festivals near by. A great place for everyone.
his home is equipped with high speed wireless Internet access, has three flat screen TVs, a DVD player, DVDs for your enjoyment, board games and a PlayStation 2 with a variety of games. For your added enjoyment a Golf Cart is included in the rental. The bed configuration is the following: 2 queens, 2 sets of bunk beds, and a sleeper sofa. No smoking, No pets.

This was a great house to stay in for the family reunion - we were in the house next door too. Super amenities, great decor, perfect location right on a great park. Also included a golf cart which was a huge plus. This house is right by where they host the weddings at Beachwalk and would be perfect if you are having one there, or attending.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

Beautiful, comfortable and super clean house! Listing photos are truly accurate (no surprises). Owners are very nice, helpful and responded quickly to any questions or concerns that we had. This place is a must! Great location. We liked that the house had that beachy look and feel but was also surrounded by trees (best of both worlds). Our family had a great time and look forward to coming back, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!. Thanks for sharing.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.
