This tastefully decorated condo is fully furnished, located on the second floor with easy access via elevator or steps. The master bedrooms is furnished with a king size bed and new bedroom furniture including a new flat screen TV, 2 walk in closets and bath with shower. The second bedroom has a double bed with large closet and new TV. Across the hall from the second bedroom is a full bath and shower with washer and dryer. The eat in kitchen is fully furnished with all modern features.
For formal dining, the dining room seats 6. The living room is complete with a new 37 inch flat screen TV, DVD, VCR leather sofa and new recliner. THere is outdoor seating on the lanai which has a beautiful view overlooking the 18th Green and lake.
Heritage Palms is 15 minutes from the Ft. Myers/Southwest Florida Airport. This golf course was designed by Azinger/Lewis and offers 36 holes of golf along with putting and chipping greens. A A couple minutes walk will take you to the Clubhouse with formal and informal dining, Pro Shop, Fitness Center with locker rooms, heated pools and spa, cabana, and 8 lighted tennis courts. Located in the center of the community is a lake surrounded by a golf course and "aqua driving range".
The Ft. Myers, Sanibel and Captiva beaches are just minutes away for swimming, shelling and shopping. Also located nearby are the spring training camps for the Red Soxs and Minnesota Twins. Disney World is just a 2 hour ride when you want to take a break from golfing.
