The Howl Nest beach house is a beautiful piece of property that is located 1 mile west down Highway 180. It is set 250' from Highway 180 which provides privacy and peacefulness. The interior of the house is professionally decorated with a beach theme.
The rooms have ceiling fans and televisions. You have view of the lagoon from the kitchen and the living area through large full length sliding glass doors. It also has a spectacular view from the porch that extends across the front of the house.
Half of the porch is screened in with wicker furniture, so you can relax while taking in the view. There is excellent fishing from the 40' pier located on the property. The location is excellent for shopping and entertainment.
