The expansive window areas of this elegant lodge-style home make this a light, bright and cheerful place to enjoy the best of Sunriver. The southwest sun orientation provides a sunny and pleasant outlook on the par four 16th fairway of the Woodlands golf course. The large exterior deck has plenty of room for dining, reading and sun bathing. The large outdoor hot tub is perfect for stargazing.
In 2011 this home received a complete interior make-over. New carpet, paint, cherry wood flooring, granite kitchen counters, new cabinets and stainless steel appliances with 2 dishwashers are among the upgrades. The spacious Great Room has dramatic wood beams, wood ceilings, and a large wood-burning fireplace with flat-screen TV above.
The home has a total of five bedrooms and five bathrooms. Downstairs, there are two bedrooms with king beds, flat screen TV's and tasteful décor. Each king bedroom has its own private bathroom. There is a walk-in steam shower in the master bathroom, plus a separate soaking tub. Also downstairs is the bunkroom, with double bunk-beds, a queen sofa sleeper and a flat screen TV. There is a full bathroom just outside the bunkroom. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms, each with a king bed, flat screen TV and private bathroom. The oversized garage has room for 2-cars, plus a ping pong table. This upscale lodge has 3,475 sq. ft. on two levels and is tastefully furnished and decorated. Families and friends will want to gather here year after year.

Like many of my fellow Sunriver owners I have partnered with Destination Resorts Sunriver (DRH), a Sunriver based company that has been providing excellent service to Sunriver owners and their guests. Their guest care encompasses Front Desk (check-in and registration), Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Concierge Services. As a central point of contact, the Front Desk team is available seven days a week to address your requests and inquiries. Extra, even daily, Housekeeping services can be arranged (at an additional cost). In the unlikely event a maintenance issue arises, an on-call Maintenance team will be dispatched. The resort concierge will offer all the advice you need during your stay, from the best restaurants to the most unique day trips and activities Sunriver has to offer. The bottom line is you get VRBO rates with the peace of mind of an excellent local guest services team.
