This Rustic Farmhouse with Old Country Charm sits on 5 acres in Temecula Wine Country. Friendly farm animals and helpful caretakers on site. Spectacular views with plenty of privacy provide an perfect setting for birthdays, special events, business venues, family reunions or one of a kind celebrations! Just minutes from over 30 wineries, Pechanga Casino, Lake Skinner, Diamond Lake, Vail Lake and Old Town Temecula. Just over an hour to San Diego Zoo, Wild Animal Park, Legoland, Disneyland, Disneyworld, Universal Studios, Hollywood, and lots of great beaches!
Start your day in a hot air balloon and take in Temecula Valley in a special way. Rent some horses and take a group horse ride, right off the property. Then relax on a 54' long deck and take in the incredible panoramic views of the Palomar Mountain range while enjoying some bottles of local wine.
Next, enjoy a BBQ party in the backyard and throw some horseshoes. Catch a beautiful sunset over the Santa Rosa plateau to the west and end your day under an amazing starry night sky while sitting around the fire pit on hay bales roasting marshmallows!
This home is nicely furnished, uniquely designed and meant to be lived in! The main floor has a baby grand piano available for your use or enjoy the fireplace on a cool evening in the Living Room with vaulted ceilings. French doors provide access to a 54' long deck from the Living Room and the Dining Rm. The kitchen is always a great gathering place around the 9' long island.

The lower level in this 3 story home has 2 bedrooms, a family room with flat screen TV, a very unique bathroom, laundry and a kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave. Hi there! My wife Anna and I built The Farmhouse in 2006 with the help of our 4 sons. The boys are grown and moved out so now 'our home is your home'. We enjoy the outdoors here in Temecula. The farm animals require a lot of our time and there always seems to be another project to finish. We never get tired of soaking in the views with a glass of wine. You will see the personal design touches that reflect our personality throughout the home and property. It's the country so bring some tennis shoes or cowboy boots, an appetite for fun and a lot of friends!
