These condos are a few years old & although this unit was clean it was very basic. There is a very small refrigertor that really wasn't adequate for a long stay. There were quite a few deer but to call this place "waterfront" was a stretch! There is a tiny stream that runs in front of the development. Just weigh the value for your money. We left early!

My huband and I loved the condo. It was very peacefull! We enjoyed the scenary and actually saw some elk and deer feeding. Very close to Inn of the Mountain Gods! The ladies in the office were very nice and helpful. My husband loved it so much that he is thinking of buying us a condo there also. We will definitely stay here again!
