Our house has lots of windows and sliding glass doors for great views on both levels. We have two bedrooms on each level, one with double bed and a twin suitable for a small family. All others feature queen beds. There are 2.5 baths. The lower level features a large rec room and the laundry.
The galley kitchen is suitable for 2 to a large crowd serving from the island. The deck is delightful for breakfast, good for sunning midday and peaceful in the late evenings. We have a U-shaped dock for swimming/diving and your boat.

Year Purchased: 1980
Our family has enjoyed this house since we built it in 1980. I am semi-retired and work as a part time respiratory therapist. I also enjoy painting and various crafts. I have sold murals, paintings and gift cards that I designed. Let me know what you think of me and my mothers artwork that is currently hanging at our lake house.
Why the Owner Chose Westminster
We love being on the lake. We also enjoy the neighborhood and the fact that we are secluded (only a few homes on our cul-de-sac), yet we are only minutes from restaurants, shopping and I-85. Also, Chickasaw Point is a safe gated community with its own swimming pool, tennis courts and golf course.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Our family has made many memories here from the youngest to the oldest and we invite your family to do the same. Swimming is fun in our deep channel and fishing is always a treat for the kids from our dock. We are located in a quiet neighborhood and we love it. There are satellite TV's, you can watch DVD's or just read a good book. There is ample room for parking or drawing with sidewalk chalk. The community is gated and includes a golf course. We are near the end of a cul-de-sac. Traffic is minimal. Call now for a relaxing get-away.

Great house with plenty of room. Enjoyed picnic and beach area near the clubhouse. Very nice community pool. Would recommend for families with kids, even if you don't have a boat.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
