This beautiful ocean view 2 Bedroom 2 Bath vacation condo is located in the gated Kai Lani community at the Ko Olina Resort on Oahu, Hawaii. The two bedroom upstairs unit is just 150 yards from the ocean and has ocean views from the living room, lanai, master bedroom. Private swimming pool is less than 75 yards away.
The living area is decorated with comfortable furniture. Includes air conditioning, vaulted ceilings, and ceiling fans. The fully appointed kitchen includes polished granite counters. The master bedroom has as a king-size bed, large walk-in closet, bathtub, glass enclosed shower, and double sink vanity with granite counter and an LCD TV. The second bedroom has a double bed and dresser and private bath.
At the ocean’s edge is a natural lagoon with sea turtles and other interesting sea life. Paradise Cove Luau is adjacent to Kai Lani and its Polynesian music can be heard from the lanai in the evening.

Year Purchased: 2009
Rick and LaDonna McDonald have traveled widely since retirement. For the last 10 years we have lived in Mendocino on the Northern Coast of California. We have developed a in Hawaii, Mexico and Arizona. After the stock market took a dump, we decided to invest in a second home to use as rental property as well as a residence. We found another incredibly desirable location on Oahu in a resort community of Ko Olina 20 miles west of Honolulu Airport.
Why the Owner Chose Ko Olina
This is a second home to compliment our Northern California coast home. We plan to use it as a part-time residence and as rental property the rest of the year.
