The two bedroom upstairs unit is just a short walk to the ocean and has ocean views from the living room, lanai, master bedroom. Private swimming pool is less than 75 yards away.
The living/dining area is decorated with comfortable Island Style furniture and features a new 55" LED HD TV with surround sound and a blue ray DVD. The unit Includes air conditioning, vaulted ceilings, and ceiling fans. The fully appointed kitchen includes polished granite counters. The master bedroom has as a king-size bed, marble topped dresser, television, large walk-in closet, bathtub, glass enclosed shower, and double sink vanity with granite counters. The second bedroom has twin beds, a dresser, television, and private bath.
At the ocean’s edge is a natural lagoon with sea turtles and other interesting sea life. Paradise Cove Luau is adjacent to Kai Lani and its Polynesian music can be heard from the lanai in the evening. The highly rated Ko Olina golf resort and Marina are within walking distance of the resort. This is truly a Tropical paradise.

This is a second home to compliment our Northern California coast home. We plan to use it as a part-time residence and as rental property the rest of the year.

Rick and LaDonna McDonald operated a destination wedding resort on the beautiful coast of Mendocino, California until their retirement in 2007. Traveling widely in the last 10 years , The McDonalds enjoyed spectacular vacations in Europe, South America, Mexico and of course our beautiful USA. We were continually drawn to the beauty and aloha of Hawaii. After visiting several times a year, we decided to invest in a second home to use as our personal residence, and as a rental property to share when we were traveling outside Hawaii. We found an amazing location on Oahu in the resort community of Ko Olina 20 miles west of Honolulu Airport. This is a complete resort destination that allows us to vacation 365 days a year.
