A private, family-oriented lake house nestled in the trees located on a secluded cove. This lake house is close to Tim's Ford State Park, the Bear Trace Golf Course, the Tim's Ford Marina and also to Winchester and Tullahoma, TN.
"Broadhaven" is newly decorated and is ready for your enjoyment. Bring your fishing poles and stop by the Broadview grocery for your bait. There is a convenient boat launch across the street from our home that is available for your watercraft. If you do not have a boat, there are rentals ready at the nearby Tim's Ford Marina. Also, make time to take the whole family for shopping at Hammers in downtown Winchester. There is a Super-Walmart for any forgotten items.
This house features an open living room, dining room, and a fully appointed kitchen which opens to a screened deck overlooking the lake with table, chairs and lounge chairs. The second deck is open and also has a table and chairs.
The upstairs bedroom has a king size bed with a private bath across the hall. The second and third bedrooms are located on the second floor, one with a queen bed, and the third with two daybeds with trundles (sleeps 4) with private bath on this floor. These bedrooms open to the second deck overlooking the lake.

The Unique Benefits at this House
Our lake house is perfect for a vacation on the lake. It is decorated in a cottage, shabby chic style that is warm and cozy. The screened porch on the back of the house overlooks the lake. There is a round dining table on the screened porch for eating outside. The house is equipped for large parties or intimate get-a-ways. There is a game closet and DVD library. The kitchen is fully appointed. Many have enjoyed our home for years. We hope you too will come and make your memories.

See the deer all day long! Great olympic size swimming pool and small museum.

Our lake house was built in 1993 by our parents and later purchased by my sister and me. The entire house has been redecorated to its present charming setting. Many friends and family members have thoroughly enjoyed our home. The screened porch, water sports on the lake, and the very relaxing atmosphere are so refreshing and inviting. The present name "Broadhaven" originates from our maiden name, "Broad," and the "haven" portion describes our home very well. Many comment how peaceful Broadhaven is. We hope you will visit and make your own memories. Come and see for yourself!

I stayed here last year with my family. It was so good that I am going back this weekend!! Im very excited about the boat dock being finished this year and hopefully the weather will be nice as well. I highly recommend this rental property.

Your house is so nice and well-equipped. We had a ball and spent the days kayaking and swimming in the quiet cove, fishing, tubing, and just sitting on the porch. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our time at Broadhaven more than we can say. Karen was so great to work with, and the house was perfect! All the beds were so comfortable, and we had everything we needed for a great vacation. The screened in porch is my favorite part of the house. It stays cool there even on 90 degree days! My wife and I went with another couple for a few days in June and LOVED IT! It was exactly what they said it was. We had our boat so having the dock was perfect and it was in the very back of a quiet, calm cove. We couldn't have chosen a better place to "get away". We will be going back and plan to bring our kids next time; they would have enjoyed it as well.

We have friends from Chicago and Nashville that we wanted to spend the weekend of New Year's with. We found this cabin and gave it a shot. IT WAS PERFECT!!! We called the owner when we got there and did one of those group "We love it"s over the phone, we were so impressed. Karen and Kathy were so easy to work with and I truly feel that I have not only found a great cabin, at a very reasonable price, but have made new friends, as well! Try it, you'll like it!

Our family was so delighted to stay at Broadhaven; the home was lovely, comfortable, and furnished with everything we needed and more. Our grandchildren were delighted with the toys and the lake, and we hope to stay again sometime in the future. Karen is a precious lady and dealing with her was a blessing.

We spent the weekend here this past weekend. It was not nearly long enough. Not only was Karen an absolute gem to deal with, the house was perfect. My family had a wonderful time and are already to book for next year! I would HIGHLY recommend staying here.
