WELCOME TO THE BEAUTIFUL PUNTA PELICANOS VILLAS, (a small privileged gated community, sitting on the BEACH of BANDERAS BAY), located approximately 15 miles North of Puerto Vallarta Airport. As you cross into the SECURED entrance, and just past the tennis court, you will follow the cobblestone road surrounded by lush gardens down to the Villa, which sits at BEACH level. The VILLA features spectacular views of the Bay of Banderas, the NEW LA CRUZ YACHT HARBOR, pools and palapa.
The complex itself offers a total of 3 large pools, one being mini-Lake size, 4 Jacuzzi tubs, and a huge palapa. The VILLA itself sits just 50 yards from the BEACH, Pool, and Palapa. It's lower patio has a gas BBQ, dry bar, hammock, sette, dining area and expansive lawn. Pathways to the pool and beach are shaded by huge palm varieties.
A 5 minute walk on the beach brings you to the fishing village of La Cruz. Here you will find varied Nightlife featuring Live Music, and plenty of FOOD venues at reasonable prices. Just to mention a few you have Black Forest (German), BRITISH PUB (Pub food),Italian, French, Pizza, and of course traditional Mexican, and not to forget the famous STREET TACOS. The Open Market on Wednesday are loaded with plenty of fresh veggies, and lots of trinkets. Small shops line the streets of the village with fresh fish, tortillas, bakeries and great Meat markets. The Harbor offers a restaurant, Upstairs View Bar, day tripping, fishing packages, water taxis' to Nuevo Vallarta and then on to Puerto Vallarta. The village South is Bucerias with varied restaurants and nightlife as well. Lots of festivals are ongoing most of the time. Sunday market in Bucerias has offerings different then LaCruz.

Hair blow dryers (4), curling iron (1). The VILLA also features water-softner, double filter purification system and bottled water.

We are your basic Snow Birds. Winters in Mexico soothe the aching arthritic body. We aresemi- retired. We enjoy Golf, and there are plenty of courses close by to choose from. The local ex-pats come from all over the world literally, and make our life in Mexico very rewarding.
