Sugar Ski and Country Club is located in Banner Elk, North Carolina on top of Sugar Mountain. It is located on Big Red Ski slope, which is one of the many slopes at Sugar Mountain Ski Resort.
The condo is approximately 900 square feet that can accommodate 6 guests. It has a homey atmosphere, a well stocked kitchen, and a wood burning fireplace for those chilly nights. There is a large balcony where you can relax and enjoy the mild summer temperatures and the fantastic views. Unit 515 is on the bottom floor of a three story building.
Summer temperatures range from mid to upper 70's in the day to the 40's at night with very low humidity. Area attractions include Grandfather Mountain, Linville Caverns, Linville Falls, Tweetsie Railroad, Beech Mountain, Appalachian State University, and Lees McCrae College. There are many activities in every season in the Banner Elk area.

My family visited the area a great deal prior to buying this property. It was a good investment and had many things that my family enjoys doing such as skiing and fishing.

It has something to offer in all seasons of the year. It is a very quiet area, especially in the fall and summer. There are great restaurants and shopping in the area.
