World renowned fly fishing right out the front door. Area of big game trophy hunting. Abundant wildlife viewing. White water rafting & kayaking. A couple minutes to 5 star restaurant and outdoor hot springs pool, horseback riding, and day spa all located at famous "Chico Hot Springs Resort". 25 miles to the north entrance of Yellowstone national park, the only year around entrance. Phenomenal hiking and ski trails right out the door. Less then an hour to Bridger bowl ski area. 1.5 hrs to Big sky resort. I hour to Bozeman airport.
