It has the best view in the building. It is adjacent to the residential section of the beach providing plenty of low density beach front for long walks. Recently updated exercise room with Nautilus equipment.

Romar Place has indoor and outdoor pools and beautiful landscaping. There are numerous restaurants close by and a Ruby Tuesdays across the street. Wireless internet available.
