Fantastic sunsets from this low density, top-floor, west end Condominium with extra large wrap-around balcony. This Condominium is directly on the beach and nicely decorated. It has the best view in the building. It is adjacent to the residential section of the beach providing plenty of low density beach front for long walks. Recently updated exercise room with Nautilus equipment.
Romar Place has indoor and outdoor pools and beautiful landscaping. There are numerous restaurants close by. Wintzell's Seafood is across the street. Wireless internet available.

We just loved staying in this condo. There was plenty of room for all of us and each bedroom had it's on flat screen tv, which the kids enjoyed. While the kids were watching tv, the adults were enjoying the spectaular views outside on the balcony. Also, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The owner was very easy to deal with, we usually go through a real estate company, but we decided to try this for a change and we were not disappointed. The kids loved going to Adventure Island across the street. We ate at Gulf Shores Steamer, King Neptunes, and ordered pizza from Lilian's in Perdido Beach all was very good. We can't wait to go back again.

Your condo was very tastefully decorated, in a great location, everything was wonderful. I would stay again. Possibly, next July. We were close to quite a few restaurants, shopping, and right on the beach. The pool area was also quite nice. Thank you so much for the opportunity to stay in your condo.

We will be putting in new carpet, painting and replacing the matresses. We also want to get a flat screen TV for the living room.

Thank you so much Kelley and Karen: Your condo was great. More than enough room. Very clean. The balcony was a personal favorite of mine, wish it had a lock on the other side to keep people in ; ) The week we spent was the best time in a long time. And we did make it to Lamberts Cafe. We need to get one of those in New York. By the way, we did get a call from home, and it was snowing there!!!! Miss the family and friends, otherwise I could stay here longer!

I have visited Orange Beach/Gulf Shores for twenty + years. This is by far our favorite condo. It is a great value, well furnished, fabulous view and a great owner to work with. The beach was fabulous. Don't let the oil chase you away from this great area. We had our normal great time.

What a beautiful, spacious and comfortable condo on the beach! The unit is nicely furnished and very comfortable and clean. The view of the beach is lovely and can be seen through the many windows in the living and bedroom areas. Great location, convenient to restaurants, stores and outlet shopping. Thanks for an enjoyable vacation on the Gulf.
