Very worth while

This home is well appointed, with three bedrooms; one on the main floor with a queen bed, two on the second floor. Both were very spacious, one with two queen beds, and one with a king. Each had its own private bath. and the king had both a shower and a jetted tub, as well as a large (but empty) balcony overlooking the pool. The place could really use a remodel, as the colours of paint and decor are very dated, except for the Italianesque family room furniture. We loved the fact that there were both a dining table suite inside, and dining table and chairs on the patio, facing the pool, where we ate al fresco every morning. It was the only unit in the quad of eight units offering this. The kitchen was okay, but we had to buy more wine glasses, and items such as garbage bags and clean dish sponges, which should have been supplied. The kitchen and bath towels were ragged, so we bought a few new ones. Not our job. And, we left a brand new beach cooler for future guests to use. The owners are very nice and pleasant, but really need to take ownership of maintenance and guest comfort issues. There were no instructions for anything. We waited two days for gas and water, and for the entire two weeks, never got the internet access we were promised. We were not even informed about where to take the trash, and had to scour the neighbourhood to find a place. The price is right, but don't expect luxury. It was like pulling teeth to find the owners code to be eligible for locals' discounts. The management company was no help, and one woman actually made bad remarks about this property's owners. Would I stay at Casa Deluca again? For the price, absolutely, especially, since we figured out what we needed to do on our own, the first time. They are very nice people, and I hope this message will help them remedy their shortcomings for future guests

Clean, comfortable villa

This clean, comfortable villa is located in a quiet neighborhood and we found it to be just as described and shown in the photos on the website. The owner, Pasqualina, was very helpful and prompt in providing information and attending to our needs while in the villa. The beach and La Quinta are about a 15-20 min stroll from the villa. The pool and grounds are clean and well maintained. We are definately considering renting this villa again!

We just returned from our stay at Casa Delucas. We were sad to come back. Everything was perfect, the decision to rent a home vs an all-inclusive was the best decision we made. The house was perfect, comfortable and all around great. Walking distance from beach clubs, restaurants and 5th avenue. We did rent a car that made our stay more interesting in the sense that we had more freedom. Could visit more sites without going for a taxi or bus all the time. However it is not necessary. We strongly recommend Casa Delucas and would go back anytime.
