Master bedroom has two twin beds that can be slid together to make a king, and has cable! Master bedroom has an amazing view of the ocean; open the windows and you can hear the waves crashing!
Bunk-room has two sets of bunk beds and bright kid friendly bedspreads! Third bedroom has a queen bed, a view of the ocean and the pool, and cable! The great room has a kitchen table that can seat up to 8 people and a bar that can seat 4!
Full kitchen with a range, oven, microwave and refrigerator! Living room has a queen sized pull out couch. Unit easily accommodates large groups and large families of 12 or more!
Sea Colony is a family friendly community! Guarded baby pool and full sized pool at your doorstep! The guarded beach is steps a way! Enjoy the short walk to the Bethany Beach boardwalk, or all of the amenities that Sea Colony offers.
Tennis courts, basketball courts, a full service gym, and kid's playground are right around the corner! Enjoy the indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna located in the main building! Why the Owner Chose Sea Colony
Bethany Beach is a quiet, family/kid friendly town. You can ride your bike to all points of interest in Bethany. Bike lanes are everywhere, and the speed limits are low so we feel comfortable walking around and crossing the streets! Sea Colony itself is a gated resort community, so we feel safe at all times. We have access to pools, fitness equipment, and guarded beaches. Sea Colony has a beach umbrella rental facility with great prices right on the beach! They have a shopping center right across the street with bike rentals, a candy kitchen, an fabulous restaurants!
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
We provide you with pillows, blankets, kites, beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys. We have the best view in town, and enjoy waking up to the sound of the ocean. There is always a breeze so sleeping with the windows open is easy and comfortable.

My name is Karen Rollings, and I am a real estate agent licensed in Maryland, DC, an Virginia. I own my own Prudential Franchise in Olney, MD. We have owned this condo for years and it has the BEST view in town! We come down every year with our entire family! We have had up to 18 people comfortably in this condo all at once, spread out on air mattresses in all of the rooms! When my kids, nieces and nephews were small, we fit all 8 of them in the bunk room! It is fabulous and we love having a place in Sea Colony! If you come once, you will come back every year!
