Owner's Profile
Owner Description
Year Purchased: 2004
I manage top fashion models in New York City, am single and live in New York and Southampton. I grew up in the Antique business and furnished my house from antique shops and each piece was lovingly selected.
Why the Owner Chose Southampton
I love the Hampton's. The people are interesting and my property is a rare gem which I have lovingly restored. Close to the beaches and events of the Hampton's but private and quiet if you want that. Good restaurants, gourmet take-out and good shopping.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Beautiful wrap around porch, close to beaches, golf courses and sailing or waterskiing. One mile from Towd Point Beach which does not require a permit and 3 miles from Trout Pond Swimming Hole on Noyack Road. Ocean Beaches about a 15 minute drive (Cooper in Southampton is rated #1 in the country recently, Flying Point in Watermill is the second closest ocean beach.)
