2 bedrooms 1 room with queen bed other with bunk bed full bottom/twin top 1 bath (shower only no tub). Pull out sofa bed with high end 8 inch mattress on 4 season porch.
Amazing ocean views from rooftop deck. Children are welcome but not allowed on rooftop deck without an adult. Fenced in back yard for private cookouts and area for small children to play. 30 second walk to sand. Public walk way to Wells beach across the street. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.
Wireless internet, beach chairs, toys, boogie boards and gas grill provided. Linens and towels also provided. 4 TV's in home. Hot & cold outside shower.
Minimum age limit to rent is 25. No more than 6 people sleeping. No pets, No smoking.
