Attractive home furnished with primitive antiques and comfortable couches and chairs. Pine floors, all white kitchen with slate countertop. First floor; living room open to dining room with table with seating for 8, large kitchen with breakfast bar which seats 4 and sitting area which has a flat screen TV with DVD player, powder room in hallway and separate laundry area. Second floor has small bedroom with two twin beds, large master bedroom with king bed and private bath, guest bedroom with king bed and full hall bathroom. Ceiling fans in all three bedrooms AC units in master and king guest bedroom, AC unit in second floor hall and first floor living room. Outdoor shower. Private brick patio with teak furniture, surrounded by perennial garden with a sprinkler system.
Access to the community tennis courts, shuffle board, swimming pool and Naushop neighborhood is directly accessible to bike paths.

Why the Owner Chose Naushop:
My husband and I were bike riding in 1993 and had planned to look at homes in another community nearby when we came across the community of Naushop. The project had started earlier and failed thru the bad economy but that was after they had put in brick sidewalks and attractive lighting around the whole community. Also it had attractive and well built spec houses and our contract was put in the following day! The covenants are strict so all Naushop homes are well maintained and it is filled with interesting people from all over the United States. The homes are mixed with full time and part-time residents . Some part time residents and some do not. The community areas of the pool and tennis court and play ground are well maintained and a selling point to us because our kids were very young at the time.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
The neighborhood is quiet and kid friendly especially on our cul- de- sac. There is plenty of parking in the driveway and on the street. The bike path is accessible at the entrance and exit of our neighborhood in Naushop which will connect you to the beaches and all points of the island. There are street lamps lining the brick sidewalks which make it very safe for evening walks. The sidewalks also take you to the community pool with a separate baby pool, two tennis courts shuffle board and play ground. Most houses have the white fences in front with beautiful gardens. It is easy living for couples with or without children.
