Wake up in a big king sized bed looking at the waves and dolphins! Stay in the bed and drink coffee, watch the morning news, and look at the beach! Other guests can listen to the birds that live in the beautiful magnolias trees behind us. Seagrove Dunes is a 5 unit townhouse on a private sandy road in Old Seagrove. Our townhouse has a private walk down to the beach, beach chairs and umbrellas are easily rented and set up for you early morning and put away in the evening. The unit has an outdoor shower that can be quite refreshing after a perfect day at the beach.
We treat our property like our home and provide gourmet cooking equipment for those that can’t stand to leave the beach to dress and go to one of the many fine dining locations on 30A. Food shopping is within a mile, both bikable and walkable! The dining room table seats 12!
The decks offer an incredible vista of the beach and the sunsets compare with any in the world. In the winter time the fireplace is majestic, you can truly experience Fire and Water at the same time!
Bring your own bike or rent one to enjoy 30A’s miles of bike path, maintained beautifully by the county.
This 1400.00 sq ft home is replete with original art and simple tasteful furnishings. To our satisfaction, many guests return as they consider this their beach home too. Come join us.
