Additionally, this home offers a gymnasium complete with free weights and cardio equipment. Adjacent room offers a pool table, flat screen tv with dvd player and dartboard.
The main house features an oversized master bedroom with an en suite luxurious bathroom, King Size bed and overlooks the tranquil swimming pool.
The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed; third bedroom offers a private balcony, two twin beds, perfect for children. There is a second sleeping area located in an attached apartment that offers a bedroom with Queen sized bed, full bathroom and a "mini kitchen", making this home ideal for two families. This home was beautiful! A week of relaxation is what we needed and it is definitely what we got at this amazing home. It was beyond our expectations and the house is perfect for a large group as the main living space is huge. The family that lives onsite was awesome and they were so helpful and accommodating. We didn't leave the house much as the pool was perfect for lounging day and night. It was also nice to know that the community of homes has 24 hour security so we never felt unsafe. Can't wait to go back!!!

Just got back from this house and had an wonderful time. The house was exactly as described. The kitchen was well equipped & modern and was stocked well with cooking supplies. There were several "dining" areas and we had many great meals here. We spent most of our days relaxing by the pool or wandering down the beach. We did also go to the Barcello Resort (less than a five minute walk) and had dinner a few nights there. We went to the disco on a Friday night after dinner in Barcello and also had fun too. The hotel also has a nice internet cafe which was helpful and allowed me to check email a few times a week. All in all, a great house, we'll definitely be back again.

Our family had the pleasure of renting out this home for a weeks vacation to Nicaragua. We had a great time, the kids loved the pool and the caretakers who live on site were great. The house is in pristine condition and was the perfect place for us to relax and unwind. I loved that the house offers a gym with full weights and cardio equipment. The kids also liked the pets which include a bunny, a turtle, a parrot and a lovely dog. All the animals were well cared for and contained. The owner was very helpful before our trip and offered us lots of suggestions on driving, daytrips and on our food options durring our stay. We also liked that the house was so close to the Barcelo resort, we spent one day just using the resort and it was a fun change.

Our group had a fantastic week here. The house was amazing, and being newer construction was very modern and increaibly clean and well cared for. The house is large and is a great space for family meals and entertaining, and the pool was wonderful as well. The property caretakers were great and were always able to assist us, despite our poor spanish. The owners had arranged a nice binder of the local amenities and attractions which we found to be very helpful as well (ideas such as day trips to Granada, Canopy Tours, etc). The home is locate just a few hundred feet from the gate of the Barcelo Montelimar, one of the most luxurious resorts in Nicaragua. That being said, it was a great added bonus to be able to go to the hotel. We had several meals there and the nightly buffet was only $20 which included all alcohol, we thought it was a great deal. Additionally the hotel has an internet cafe, an ATM and lots of amennities including a cassino and a disco (which tends to be much livelier on the weekend). All in all, we loved the tranquility of the beach and found all the people we encountered to be incredibly gracious and hospitable.
