This fabulous gulf front stilt home has three bedrooms, one king, one queen and one room with twin beds. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom with showers that have massage body jet systems and TV set. Beautiful updated kitchen with granite countertops and everything you need to prepare your meals. You have views of the Gulf of Mexico from almost every aspect of the home especially the lanai and large deck. Steps to the beach from your own private access! The beaches on North Captiva Island are well known for some of the best shelling and fishing in the world. With gorgeous sunsets from your own private deck and a relaxing beach atmosphere, this home has everything you need for the perfect romantic getaway or family vacation.
There are several restaurants on the island and one small store for items you may have forgotton. We strongly recommend that you bring most of your own food and beverages which can be ordered from the Publix grocery store (239-458-8900) on Pine Island Road.
North Captiva Island which has 700 acres of state land preserve with beautiful secluded beaches, is accessible only by boat and small planes. Island Girl Charters (239-633-8142), has regular scheduled boat trips to and from the island daily and Pine Island Taxi (888-777-9653) has airport pick-ups directly to the shuttle.
