Lazy CF Ranch is located between Redstone and Collbran. Surrounded by National Forest and high mountain peaks, it offers complete scenic beauty and privacy. The ranch and cabins are available in whole or in part.
Built around the turn of the century this ranch gives the impression of an old time western movie scene. Wildlife is abundant and it is home to the largest elk herd in Colorado. Endless mountain views, ponds, and streams surround the headquarters. A short drive will take you to excellent fishing from the Crystal River and the North Fork of the Gunnison River.
The ranch consists of the main headquarters with 4 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a charming living room with a large fireplace, as well as a great mountain view from the glass enclosed dining room that seats twelve. Also there is a dining alcove off of the living room, and cozy kitchen with a breakfast room. There is also a managers sleeping cabin and a separate bath house with men's and women's bathrooms as well as laundry facilities. A separate bunkhouse is near by with large eat-in kitchen, living room and two bedrooms and a bath. The large historic barn contains a clubhouse with a player piano and tack room opening onto the corrals.
