Me and 6 girlfriends spent last weekend in Sedona for a girls trip. The pictures listed are beautiful but the views from the house are sooo much more amazing. We arrived in the evening and when we woke up to the view of the red rocks it was unbelievable. The house was very spacious, with seven adults we even had an extra bedroom! The house included everything we needed for our trip (except the groceries we bought down the street) including: board games, an amazing hot tub with a view of the stars, and all the items we needed in the kitchen. We didn't need them but there were family friendly items also that would be great for visitors with children.

Our family visited for a week in November 2011. The owners of the home were gracious, helpful and excellent at communicating with us. We found the home to be perfect for our family and guests (8 in the party). The home was clean, comfortable and you can't beat the location in Sedona. Beautiful views, amazing stars at night, and very close to all the hikes and shops. We now have a home to return to when we visit Sedona. And we definitely will.

My family and I rented this home while in town for my brothers wedding. We shared the house with friends of ours and their 9 month old. We had three children in the house under the age of 4 and the set up was perfect. Lots of space and we were very comfortable. The location of the house was convenient, neighborhood was very nice. The views were absolutely amazing-the house is in a great spot. The house is very well kept and clean, and had everything that we could have needed. We hope to get back to Sedona on a family vacation in the next few years and would certainly stay there again.

We rented this house from March 20-27, 2011. The pictures of the house and view on the website are good and enticing. So, we arrived with high expectations, only to have them incredibly exceeded! The view of the mountains that you see in the picture on the website is framed in three huge side by side picture windows in the living room. That same view is what you see through a wide sliding glass door from the master bedroom king bed when you awake in the morning. The master bathroom is huge with his/her sinks on opposite sides of the room. "His" being slightly higher than "hers." The openness of the house and the high ceilings are comforting and wonderful to come "home" to after trekking around the absolutely stunning Sedona countryside. My wife and I travel a lot and have been renting vacation homes for 20 years. This is the best provisioned rental home that we have ever stayed in. Every imaginable item you might need in the kitchen is there. Forgot your toothbrush, there is a new one in the bathroom medicine cabinet! The owners provide a very helpful list of favorite hikes, restaurants (for lunch, dinner, with kids, without kids, romantic, etc), things to do in the area, etc. The owners are also very responsive to situations that may arise. There was a minor problem with hot tub while we were there and the owner immediately addressed the problem. And, from our standpoint, talk about class. The owners have plastic champagne glasses so you can enjoy some bubbles while you are in the bubbles. We highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a romantic getaway, a respite from the real world while enjoying some of the best Mother Nature has to offer, a fun-filled family vacation with children of any age, or a fantastic base from which to explore Sedona and its surrounding scenery. We intend to come back sometime in the near future with our grandchildren.

We routinely rent vacation houses through VRBO, and have never had a bad experience. This house, though, will set the standard by which we will judge our future rentals. The property is gorgeous. Our teenaged daughters squealed with delight when we arrived and they first explored the house. We felt like joining them.. The location is ideal--outside the super-touristy area of Sedona, but close enough that we didn't feel isolated. And, yes, the view from the front of the house really did take our breath away. Furnishings are elegant yet comfortable, both inside and on the patios (the patio off the master bedroom is a great reading spot). Internet worked perfectly all week, and the hot tub was enjoyed by all. I can't imagine that anyone would be disappointed in this property.

This house is so clean and beautiful and perfect for a large group of people. The location and view are spectacular! It is completely stocked with everything you need. No trips to the grocery store if you should run out of soaps or paper products. And the owner refunds your security deposit very quickly, provided there is no damage. We all loved this house it was perfect for seven women.....

My previous review showed this home as a 3--average. My mistake! It is truly a 5! You won't be sorry if you choose this home for your Sedona stay!

We had a great time and this home was perfect! If anything, the photos don't do the property justice. It's convenient and easy to find, nice neighborhood, loved the hot tub, the floor plan, furnishings and the views. We are planning to return to Sedona more than once and would love to stay here every time! We would definitely recommend this property.

A fantastic home! This home is in a great location - close to shopping, restaurants and hiking trails. It has a spectacular view of red rocks and is in a quiet neighborhood. The house is well stocked with linens, cooking utensils, and paper products. We have rented the house twice and find it very comfortable. It is nicely decorated and feels like home. We intend to rent it again in the future.

My family of eight stayed in this great house in June of 2007. The house came well stocked with ANYTHING you might have forgotten to bring with you. The baby items were clean and like new. The pantry was well stocked with spices and other things you will need to cook meals. We spent a great deal of time outdoors and even in the summertime, the temperatures were not too hot. The house came with games and movies. It was great for the whole family. I especially loved drinking my morning coffee off of the master bedroom, looking at the mountains. Thanks for letting us stay.
