Enjoy the beach in a 2400 sq ft 4 bed 3 bath,large den. Lay on the roomy deck and watch the sail boats and the dolphins go by. Watch the sun set over the Channel Islands. Step on to the sand and take a stroll. Its a ten minute walk to the Mandalay Suites resort for brunch . Take a 5 min bike ride to Channel Islands Harbor for food, entertainment, activities. Great house for kids to play right out front in the sand. Huge back deck protected from the wind. All decks made of Treks material very foot friendly. House has maple hardwood floors through out.
Beautiful wood burning fire place in the living room with lots of seating to enjoy the fire and the view. Large and cozy paneled den with big couches to kick back and watch TV. Master suite has queen size bed, and sliding glass doors with an unobstructed view of the ocean. 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have queen beds, 2nd bedroom is ocean front and also has sliding glass door with unobstructed view . the 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds. 2 kids can sleep on the couches in the den . Kitchen is stocked with lots of pots, pans and dish ware. 6 burner Viking range. Breakfast bar seats 6-8. Nice size pantry. Dining room table also seats 6-8. 2 car garage with plenty of room for bikes, kayaks, or other toys . Room for 3 more cars in the driveway.
Come and experience the California beach life. There's nothing like going to bed with the sound of the waves rocking you to sleep!!!
