This lovely 2-bedroom condo has been our winter home for the past several years and has been treated as such. Each year we have done upgrades, such as 18" tile floors everywhere but bedrooms, new carpeting in bedrooms, white panel cabinets, master bedroom closet organizers, new paint throughout, custom window treatments in both bedrooms and even a new high end kitchen faucet!
The living room has a television and DVD/VC player and each bedroom has it's own television. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking (even though there are so many restaurants that you may never want to cook). There is even a built-in radio/CD player for when you do cook!
The view from the lanai is the 2nd hole green of the River Course, a tough par-5. The sun sets behind the buildings of Island Sound giving one the impression of mountains at sunset.
All in all, it is a quiet corner of Pelican Sound. Only a short walk to the River Club and the Boat Shuttle, where you can take out a canoe or kayak for an easy paddle down the Estero River to Estero Bay.
It's also a short walk to the Golf Club and Tennis Courts. Come, spend some time at our home away from home.

Why the Owner Chose Hammock Green
We purchased this unit because it had all the amenities we were looking for. It has a secure entrance, a 27 hole golf course, tennis courts, a shuttle to Lover's Key State Park. We felt that it would be a great community to visit when we were working and a great community to live in when we retired.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
One of the best things about Pelican Sound is it's residents and the myriad community activities. There is always something to do. In fact there is too little time to do it all! Play golf in the morning, have lunch by the pool, take the shuttle to the beach in the afternoon, go to dinner, participate in "game night" in the evening. Whew!
